Three years ago, I embarked on a mission to deliver a reliable and highly efficient service, specialising in the repair of mini and midi buses across the UK from leading brands like Bluebird, Mellor, Ilesbus and beyond.

We have four Mellor vehicles which use the electric Ventura sliding doors for passenger entry. We have found Ben to very prompt and helpful in responding to any issues we had with these doors.
Any issue we had was resolved by Ben who has very good diagnostic skills. He has also given us good advice on preventative maintenance to keep any downtime to a minimum. We are very happy with Bens service.

I work for a family run business for over 20 years, Central taxis of Gateshead bus division. I am the workshop manager for a fleet of buses. I first met Ben lane in 2011, when working on fiat blue bird buses. Then fiat Mellor buses and now Mercedes Mellor buses.
He has not came across a problem that he can’t fix. Ben is a very helpful lad and will bend over backwards to fix any problems. I really trust this guy, he is punctual and well mannered and does the job in question, I still call on Ben time to time after 20 years.

We are a mobile coffee bar small business and started in lockdown when we located a vw bluebird
After lots of research and our interior taking five long weekends we were really happy with our build BUT one thing we couldn’t sort was the draining of the vehicle battery and it made me very anxious going to events with it. Somehow I found a vw bluebird group and from that BEN LANE!!
What a superstar – he cured our bus, spent time on sorting the doors and various other items but mainly the cure of the draining of the battery was the life saver – and if you’ve looked behind the Board at the electrics it’s enough to make you not want one of these.
Bens also been on hand on the end of the phone and WhatsApp for any other help and advice and I genuinely wouldn’t bother going anywhere else the guy is a genius!!! Top work Ben and thank you
